Spyro the Dragon?
Ehhh I doubt it. That game faded out after a couple of years.Spyro the Dragon?
It comes down to leverage. Disney and Universal are major players in the movie space, so no other studio would ever expect movie exclusivity in their parks. For example, if WB demanded exclusivity in exchange for theme park rights to HP, we would never see HP in Universal or Disney theme parks. Nintendo has a lot more leverage in that regard, and I don't think Uni would've turned them down had they demanded video game exclusivity. Why would any movie studio sign theme park rights to any major theme park operation when it showcases its competitors in the same park or same resort?

This literally happens all the time. Universal didn't make the Harry Potter movies you know. Disney didn't make Avatar (although they bought it retroactively, that was not planned). There are too many examples to even bother with a list.

Universal Classic Monsters Land Likely to Appear in Universal's Fantastic Worlds
A leaked image shows Universal Classic Monsters as one of the worlds for Universal Orlando's new theme parkorlandoparkstop.com
Considering HHN makes so much bank why would you think it won't be in the new park? So, they're going to put UCMs in a park where they won't be doing HHN.
OK.

Same reason they might move it. It has grown into a monster. There are ways to do HHN without going into the IPs, look at PotterWhy isn't it IOA?
Also, do you think they'd be putting up HHN houses in the new Nintendo land?
Halloween Horror Nights seems like it would be much less interesting in ¼ to maybe ½ of the park.Same reason they might move it. It has grown into a monster. There are ways to do HHN without going into the IPs, look at Potter
But it could have much better "flow". I think horrah will always be popular, the whole company (uni not Comcast) was founded on it.Halloween Horror Nights seems like it would be much less interesting in ¼ to maybe ½ of the park.
They tired it in IOA but found it to difficult to "untheme" the lands. At the Studios its generic enough to make NYC into any metro area, etc. With IOA Marvel is Marvel, Toon Lagoon is still a Toon City etc. They tried to fit the houses into the themes (i.e., Marvel house with villains, the clown area in Toon Lagoon) but in the end, they decided it just was too difficult. Why isn't it IOA?

Wait, they're going to have IP AT THIS PARK!!!
I'd be sad if the Classic Monsters get the bump- that's probably the land I'm looking forward to the most next to Zelda, which doesn't seem to be the highest priority either.Remember how Avatar was too long ago to work as a park IP?
Blizzard?I have heard from a financial person shall we shay that they may be basing a new ride on a new video game IP outside of the Nintendo deal.
