Quite surprised the Dark Universe ride showed screens and not one of their new AAs.
The screen stuff is just more visually engaging for a tv spot that lasts 2-3 secs, unfortunately. Once the animatronics are in their final show scene/set, I'd imagine they'd used them more.Quite surprised the Dark Universe ride showed screens and not one of their new AAs.
I don’t think anything in the commercial was shot on location.Quite surprised the Dark Universe ride showed screens and not one of their new AAs.

Neither does the Internet. Lasseter is not listed under Wild Robot on either Wikipedia or IMDB.
And neither IMDB nor Wikipedia list Wild Robot as something he worked on.
Lasseter went to Skydance. The Wild Robot is Illumination.

I'm excited that it seems many of the restaurants will have themed food - I'm always disappointed at how few theme parks actually theme the food: When I'm travelling I always prefer to eat something unique that I can't get at home. It will be very hard when in Epic to decide which foods to go for as you can only eat so much over one trip!!!Universal Orlando has shared a look at a few food and beverage offerings coming to Epic Universe:

And yet, here we are with a robot dog in a Dragon skin ready to entertain guests in a new theme park unlike anything seen before. It's a Boston Dynamics dog in a costume, cool but not groundbreaking. Disney could have done that long ago if it wasn't for ego
