The launch site is in the middle of the pond behind the hotel, nothing around it for hundreds of feet. They won’t have to close anything to launch them.
From the middle of the lake to the nearest road is 420 feet, if they're gonna use 6" shells similar to Disney, 420feet is typically the bare minimum safety distance for a 6" shell. I tried doing a quick google search of Orlando's mortar separation guidelines but I was unable to find it if it even exists.

They would have designed it specifically to meet the safety guidelines so 420’ being the requirement feels like a safe assumption even if the info isn’t easily findable online.
