Now that Universal is offering 2 days of their meal plan for free, I was considering trying to switch packages. Two days of free food is a great deal for a family of 5 with with three boys.
Right now we have booked the Harry Potter Package, early admission of IoA, Three Broomsticks breakfast, etc. The new Meal Plan package they are offering is the same but early admission to US is included for Transformers and two free days of the meal deal. The unfortunate part is that we lose our Three Broomsticks Breakfast. We already have 4 days of tickets and are staying in an off-site partner hotel.
So my questions are:
Day 1 early admission to US for Transformers, free meal plan
Day 2 early admission to IoA for HP, free meal plan
Day 3 Aquatica with their meal deal during the day. US in the evening till close (we'll need to buy dinner)
Day 4 IOA all day (1 day of paying for food)

- Will Universal be willing to change packages as easily as Disney does?
- Since we lose the Three Broomsticks breakfast, how easy is it to eat there without reservations? My boys are so looking forward to eating there.
