Once Universal makes it an announcement then its not a rumor. You said you had proof now where is it? I am afraid waiting until the official announcement just makes me right its a rumor and "currently" not happening.

Projects don't start when they are announced.
This is especially funny considering Universal's usual way of doing things. Figment, did you still consider Transformers or Kong a "rumor" when construction started? Because they hadn't been announced yet. And rides aren't designed overnight either, much less built.
