Ouch…you have the bengals…you’ve suffered enough 🤪

Back to front…are you sure there isn’t an alternative bus to studios and Epcot from Pop?

It would be very bizarre for Disney to force one method of transport…
but then again - the management sucks.
There isn't, unfortunately.
If the Skyliner is running, there are no buses from Pop to Epcot and DHS.

It's worse than that. I'm also a fan of the Cincinnati Reds. They're not far away from starting Spring Training. I'm... not optimistic.

And, no, neither Pop Century nor Art of Animation run buses to Epcot or Hollywood Studios if the Skyliner is running. They only bring them online if Skyliner is down. So it's either that or drive your car to the parks, if you have one. And I agree with you, it is a very bad management decision.

I don’t have a fear of heights, but I actually prefer the buses to the skylines, unfortunately, unless they are down due to weather, there are no buses offered on a regular basis…other than that (what I find as a negative), POP & AoA are great resorts.

In days of old…they wouldn’t do that

They ran buses from beach club to Epcot (mobility concerns)

And from old key west and port to downtown (boat fear concerns)

Fear of heights is a legitimate concern…but why spend $1 on that?
When the skyliner first went online, they used to offer a bus (once an hour?) staggered throughout the day but that went the way of the dodo. The ONLY thing you can do to take advantage of the buses, is to take a bus to DS, switch buses to another resort, and go to Epcot or HWD that way…I’ll admit it’s a PITA & a waste of precious time, but it can be done…

Can you not take the bus from Pop/AoA to Magic Kingdom, then take the direct bus from there to Hollywood Studios or the monorail to Epcot? It's certainly still a pain, but it would be less so than having to go Pop -> DS -> Resort -> Epcot.

Park to park buses don’t run until 10 am, so rope dropping would be out of the question.

Yes, I forgot to add the monorail to Epcot, but unless something changed, there aren’t any park to park options…you could take the monorail from MK to Contemporary and then a bus to HWD…

There are park to park options, just not until later in the day. I’m pretty sure I saw bus directions from POP/ART to Epcot last year, but I have no clue what times of the year that’s available, or if it was just a glitch in the app. MK->Contemporary and then a bus to the park would probably be fastest, but very inconvenient of course.

Edit: An ART->Epcot line was running during the summer I believe.

There are direct park-to-park buses to facilitate park hopping, but as has been mentioned, they don't start operation until at least 10 a.m. each day, so they wouldn't work for rope droppers. Since I am a certified extreme night owl and have never done a rope drop in my life, I wasn't thinking about that. 😂

I will close parks, but rope dropping is too extreme for me as well! Night is the way to go!

Although, I have to confess…. I’ve rope dropped once
