Undercover Boss- Disney

The concept of this show is interesting, but how do the CEO's avoid being identified by the common workers? After all, there is a camera crew following them around.

Back in the day, folks worked their way up, learning the company from the inside out. Now it's who you know, not what you know. Too bad.

I watched the last two bosses go undercover, and the one from Hooter's was great. I thought the 7-11 boss tried hard, and it was good to hear that he worked his way up. I think it's amazing that all the employees they spotlight are the best employees ever, except for that jerk at Hooters. It is kind of hokey when they call everyone in and tell them the truth. They make the grand gesture - a vacation - a promotion - almost a kidney - which allows them to grandstand a bit IMHO.

This would be really cool. I watched the 7-eleven episode the other night, very interesting idea for a show.
