Unable to open a link

apologies if this has been answered and I didn't look it up, but when I clicked to open the thread for Disney recipes, it redirects me back to the main forum page. this happens to me both on my laptop, and my iPhone app.

not sure if the issue is on my end or not, buy any help would be appreciated. thanks in advance!

Under the restaurants and dining forum, In the 'Disney recipe thread index, there is a highlighted link 'Recipe?? thread'.

I click on it, and I get redirected to the forum home page.

I'm not very tech savy, but could it be my settings? But I'm not sure that explains why it's my iPhone and my laptop.
