HURRAY!! WDWMAGIC UK CHAPTER!!! I was going to start a thread like this myself! Well done Pippa.

I live in Southport, near Liverpool (sandwiched between Liverpool and Preston actually).

I'm going to Barnum's neck of the wood soon though, start at Bath University end of September. There are definetely more WDWMAGIC members from the UK though, ofcourse marni, and Steve, the man himself!!

I have just found the section that tells you the rules and FAQ so that kind of answers all my questions. Thank you Captain.
Its so good to find a site like this where you can chat and find out info with so many Disney lovers and esp ones from the UK. None of my friends have exp 'the magic' and its a little difficult to explain to them.
I am taking 4 UK newbies in Oct 2006. Any one have any tips on where to go first?

I went to school In Crosby, Liverpool, we can get there in 20-25 minutes, so we don't consider it far. Birkdale, or part of it is the posh southport so maybe thats why its NOWHERE near Liverpool, haha. Its funny how some people love Liverpool and some don't associate with it! I always use it as a landmark, most people haven't heard of Southport, except for on Coronation Street recently!! :lol: :lol: :lol:
