Crush, I'm looking at you! :)

Apparently DCL has sent out some emails in the UK. UK visitors can order a 2013 brochure from DCL. The email apparently says it includes all 2013 itineraries, even the Med!

The brochure is supposed to be mailed on January 18th. Here's the link to order:

I don't know if the brochures really do have the Med in them, they look like my 2013 brochures that only have 2013 for the Dream and Fantasy, but if they do, then I think January 18th has some significance!

A booking date maybe? :sohappy:

Either way, someone go order this so we can find out more!!!:D

2011! That's funny!

Okay, she just posted the email and it didn't actually say the Med. I think she just inferred it since it was going to UK guests.

I still think the date will hold some significance!

If the new brochures have all 4 ships, they've got to release the info before they send them out!

So what's your final thought on it?

Are we gonna get another 10+ night cruise???

Or are DCL going for alternate itineries this time???

I think they'll alternate 7 night East and West. It's possible they'll throw in a long one in there to break it up. There will also probably be a repositioning from Barcelona to Rome.

I have done 2 DCL cruises to the Med and both have been amazing.

In 2010 we did Dover to Barcelona, my kids loved Lisbon, the port is right in the middle of the city and it was so easy to walk around. Sailing under the April 25th Bridge (longer than the Golden Gate Bridge) was really somthing and I read somewhere that Lisbson is one of the top 10 for I think dramatic sail in views.

In 2011 I did a 7 day out of Barcelona. All the ports were wonderful and I did lots of planning except for Palma de Malloraco, I thought it was just a beach stop. What a mistake it was the one port that I felt I missed out on. Everyone I talked to did something different, and all said was a great time they had. I did a bike tour and it was fun.

Then there is Barcelona. It is one of my favorite cities and I hope that DCL home ports there again in 2013. I decided on the ship to do the DCL excursion on departure day to Montserrat. It was the best excursion I did and it was only $59 and they dropped me off with my luggage at the hotel I was staying at.:sohappy:

Montserrat is breathtaking and everyone should go, if they are in Barcelona. It may be a little difficult to get to,(really easy though as a departure day excursion) but I have never seen anything like it perched on the cliffs.

Love the pictures, Lisa!

I was going to say Barcelona too. We just loved Barcelona.

My other two favorites were Monte Carlo and Rome. Rome, I knew I would love, and Monte Carlo just blew me away.

Here's the ports I think it will be. From a DCL survey:

7-NIGHT EASTERN MEDITERRANEAN (Starting at $949)
Cruise Ports: Civitavecchia, Italy; Messina, Italy; Kusadasi, Turkey; Athens, Greece; Heraklion, Greece; Civitavecchia, Italy

7-NIGHT WESTERN MEDITERRANEAN (Starting at $949)
Cruise Ports: Civitavecchia, Italy; Genoa, Italy; Marseille, France; Barcelona, Spain; Palma de Mallorca, Spain; Sardinia, Italy; Civitavecchia, Italy
