UK based annual passholders park reservation issue

As a UK based annual passholder with a resort booked for March (4th time lucky hopefully!) I have been unable to book a park reservation. Every time I click on the annual passholder park reservation button I get the "someone ate the page" page. There doesn't seem to be a workaround. I have contacted guest services who stated that it is a technical issue which they are looking into and have booked the reservations for me so it's not the end of the world but I can't amend or book additional reservations. I think it may be an issue with the co.uk website but over here you can't use the US site as it always defaults back to the UK one.
Wondering if any of the wdwmagic sages have heard of this issue and have any ideas? It certainly wasn't an issue a few months ago when I booked for a previous (ultimately cancelled) trip. Thanks.

I think this is one of several issues for UK and other international guests at the moment.

The Genie Tips Board doesn’t work for all international guests either, and this is a key part of using Genie+ it’s got to be pretty frustrating for those affected.

And several people have reported issues with adding Genie+ to the U.K. tickets for 2021. Apparently it can only be done day by day, not for length of stay.

Hopefully they can get these issues sorted soon. But then this is Disney IT, who still cannot seem to cope with U.K. mobile numbers.

Thanks for your reply. I wasn't aware of the other issues but good to know Disney IT is proving as robust as ever 😀
