I realize this is an old topic, but that incident on Titan was just something the media overhyped because at the time there was absolutely nothing to report. Rollercoasters get stopped on lift hills all the time, almost daily. Its a safety feature, actually. Every coaster today is controlled by computers that determine where each train is on the track. The track is divided into "zones." No more than 1 train can be in a zone at one time, and to prevent this, you may get stopped on the lift, or in a brake section somewhere on the ride. On Titan, they just couldn't get the lift started again.
Ok, now that I said that, here are the rides I've been stuck on
Splash Mountain - before Laughing Place drop - 5 minutes. The lift before the final drop - 25 minutes. They had to turn the lights on and stop the music that time. It was uncomfortable facing upwards for that long, and for half of that time we had to hear the vultures repeat themselves over and over.
Big Thunder Mountain - On the outdoor lift - 5 minutes, no big deal
Pirates - By the prisoners & dog - about 10 minutes
Haunted Mansion: Ballroom scene, in the knocking door hallway, and right in front of a tombstone with a head that pops out, which was annoying to watch and hear for 10 minutes.
Buzz Lightyear - 5 minutes, in a spot with no targets (just my luck)
TTA - not really 'stuck', but we rode through Space Mountain when its lights were on, and the cars were stopped on the lift.
Horizons - Right at the very start, for about 30 minutes, then another 10 by the classroom scene. "Don't even Seahorse around!"
Dinosaur - Right after "They're not gonna make it!" for about 15 minutes.
Spiderman: the ride basically had a meltdown. The entire ride shut down, all the lights went off, and all the cars stopped moving. We sat in darkness and silence for 10 minutes, then finally some of the effects turned back on and our car started moving again. Unfortunately, none of the screens worked for the rest of the ride, or the sound in our car.
