Great Movie Ride - we started a quick Mexican Wave, and sang happy birthday to a CM. :)

I still keep my fingers crossed to have to evacuate ToT in the 5th Dimension, or get stuck inside Rock N Roller, and have to walk out withthe lights on. Been soooooo close - but never made it yet.

my mother was once stuck on "it's a small world" for nearly an hour. i think she eventually swam to shore, though she hasn't been the same since.

I got stuck once on Thunder Mountain going up one of the hills inside. It was funny as first - everyone was playing around. Then it just got boring after a while. That really wasn't the most comfortable position I've ever been in. ;)

Not long after Splash Mountain opened, we were approaching the top before plunging into the briar patch, and some idiot hopped of the boat ahead of us. There are cameras all along there, so they stopped the ride immediately and we all had to wait until they found the dodo and escorted him out (on foot). In the meantime, others got bored and started getting out of their boats. It was a while before everyone was settled in and they could restart the ride. And the effect of the drop was pretty much ruined at that point.

Dinosaur stopped twice when I was on it today. The timing of the stops were quite funny. Right after it first stopped, I heard

"Computer, now what?"

"Loss of traction."

The second time was near the end.

"We're not gonna make it! We're not gonna make it!

*stop, all the lights go out*

I then turned to the rest of the group and said "I guess we didn't make it..."

Another one I love is if the ride stops and the narrator keeps going. That happened to my friend and I on JIYI we started yelling Stop don't come back!!! Then he turned to the rest of the people and said man I hate it when the narrator goes on without us. Shortly after he left the lights went out and we were sitting in blackness.

I got stuck in the Haunted House earlier this year right on a corner where a green head pops up and a scream is blasted into your ears. I must have that scream 30+ times (noooooo)

I too have gotten stuck on Haunted Mansion. I was stuck on the hill going down backwards right before the cemetary. I could barely lift my head from the back of the car.

One time I got stuck on the pirates of the carribbean right at the end where the dog has the key. We must have been sitting there for a half an hour

Lets see.. I got stuck in the cemetary in the haunted mansion for about 20 mins with all the sounds and music still going. Then a castmember ran thru and scared the hell outta us. I also got stuck on splash mountain right before we went over the final hill. We waited another 30 mins or so before we were walked down the entire ride. I think we get stuck on pirates of the carribean the most. You get so sick of the pirates whistleing at the dog right at the end im begging for them to turn it off!

we always get stuck there anyway, but not because the ride broke down. than and getting stuck on it's a small world-argh!!!!

Let's see so far I have been stuck on:

Haunted Mansion:
1. Once on the downhill slope to the cemetary.
2. Once in the cemetary by the Valkerie.
3. Once by Madame Liota.

Spaceship Earth:
1. Twice on the downhill slope next to the women singing a lullaby to her daughter (ugh).
2. Once at the peak in the "neon" room.
3. Once at the planet earth projection (that was actually pretty cool)
4. Twice at the Greek theatre seen.

Pirates of the Carribean:
1. Let's just say I was ready to shoot that damn dog.
2. Several times at the dunking of the mayor scene.

Peter Pan's Flight:
1. Only once but it was right over London. That was really cool!

i saw a tv news report last night about a 2,000-foot-tall coaster called the titan get stuck at the top. this was at six flags over texas. half the coaster was already on the down slope. the people had to walk down. i think i would be absolutely horrified, though not as terrified if i had gotten stuck on it's a small world.

never been stuk on a ride b4. Been on many rides where it has been stopped (haunted mansion, spaship earth, splash mountain going up main hill) but this is only a short stop and usualy to let disabled guests on.

Wen i was waitin to go on Dinasaur i was near enough right at the front of the q wen i t broke down. We waited and waited in the q and eventualy the ride got goin again. i was 1 away from the front and then it broke again (we were never told that it was broke but with all the technicians running about and no cars comin bak to the stations it was obvious) After about 15 mins the announced the ride was broken and wouldnt open again that day which was a bit of a shame. We were given a voucher which was like a fast pass but with no time restriction but wen we came bak the next day there was only a 5 minute wait any1 (early in mornin just after park openin) we were leavin the next day so we used the voucher (should have kept in case we wanted to go on it again) it was a dman good ride though.

Also wen i was lookin at test track and about to enter q we were told not to enter q as the ride had just broken down for about the 5th time in 2hrs and was now shut for the rest of the day. Wen we were leavin the park an Irish family came up to us and gave us a voucher for test track like the 1 i mentioned above (they were goin home next day so it was no use to them) We never got bak to test trak but wen we went bak the following year we used the voucher and got on test trek no questions asked. And like dinasur it was amazin.

I want the rides to brake down wen am on them as long as its in a safe place so that the lights go on and u get to walk through the ride and c all the things u r not meant to c

which brings me to another new attraction idea

1 hour b4 openin u go on the rides and they stop them half way through on purpose like a breakdown. U then get to c behind the scenes of the ride. I wont ever happin but i would like to c more of the behind the scenes stuff at disney

However the lights going on in some rides would also spoil it and would take the magic out of the ride. (eg space mountain in DL Paris) if the lights went on their u would c all the track and u r not meant and by not seeing the trak it makes it more fun and exciting if u saw the trak u would no wat was comin and wen.

I saw that report about the rollercoaster in Texas too... how scary! On the other hand... good thing they were right on the top and not going up or going down! The images on tv even made me dizzy! It looked so high and so easy to fall from there!

I´ve never been stuck...thank God! However, I had to evacuate guests in The River of Time ride in the Mexican Pavillion twice and that is no fun either! ;)
