Man I hope no one was stranded on a bus during that time....that would be awful standing on one of those packed full for that amount of time.

This may be a dumb question, but I was wondering if the buses would be spared traffic like this (thought maybe there were special bus lanes or something).

No special bus lanes, but even then there is no guarantee that the "accident" wouldn't spread into the bus lane if one existed. There would be no barricades and heck, it could even be a bus in the accident. It's not that much out of the question.

Nope. No special bus roads or lanes. Busses share the roads with cars. When the road is stopped due to traffic, so are the busses.

Ere are different lanes for busses at the park entrances, obviously. Busses go to bus stops and cars go to lots.
