Typical Technician Casting Info

I was wondering what the typical procedure for technicians to get hired at WDW was..

Any specific requirements? What's the overall process for this?

I have found that the requirements are varied. If you have a lot of experience but no degree you may be able to get in. I know a guy that is a Tech and he pulls down about 23 an hour...he has a master's. So my advice is go ahead and apply if you feel that is what you wanna do. Long Long Long hours....but well worth it...
