Leave it to Disney Executives to find yet another way to cut, not only costs, but, guest enjoyment, by shipping in cold air. What those folks won't do to save a buck.

They don't do you much good when you get out of the water and get to stand around soaking wet while waiting in a line..
This. Ever go in a hot tub in the middle of the winter then jump out and roll around in the snow and then jump back in the hot tub? It's kinda like that, except not as cold, but with a much longer wait before you can get back in the water.
