typhoon lagoon and blizzard beach

My husband and I have been to disney numerous times, but have never been to the water parks. Looking forward to trying one out :) any imput on which one you like more? I like slides and lazy rivers :)

Our personal favorite is Typhoon Lagoon the lazy river is lovely. We enjoy the coaster slide and wave pool!

It also depends on when you are traveling as Blizzard Beach is closed Oct 25, 2015 - Jan 2, 2016 and Typhoon Lagoon is closed Jan 3, 2016 - Mar 12, 2016.

I've always enjoyed TL more than BB. I seem to feel that it has more shade, than BB, and more the covered areas seem more quaint. This also could be due to getting the tops of my feet burned many years ago at BB, a lesson that has stayed with me. I would make sure to wear some type of water shoe as the concrete is rough, and don't forget the sunscreen.

We enjoy both and water shoes are a must!! BB has the best family ride but the water coaster at TL is a blast and expect to do lots of stairs!!! Usually when we go only one is open but this year we get to go to both :D

We like both- and you could do both. If you get the water park option you get admission every day of your stay. TL is more relaxing, but BB has awesome slides. We plan to spend a couple hours at each next trip!
