The sign says "Cocktail Wares". Based on that and the name I would guess that this is going to sell cocktail related gift, not actual cocktails.

That's sort of what I was wondering as well. Looks like they could easily be removed... they look like F&W kiosks.

Sublime is the same format and it sign clearly says it's a gift shop. I do agree that these seem to be a strange format for a gift shop. This is another reason I believe these might be temporary.

I don't doubt that they could be moved if necessary but they way they are installed, they appear to be permanent additions and will remain there.

Boo. I really wanted Set the Bar to be an upgraded replacement for the Margarita stand that's now gone from the Marketplace. Now I'm limited to only the dozen other places in the area where I can pick up a strolling beverage. So disappointing.
