Two insignificantly tiny food observations from 12/1

I seem to be in the minority but I really enjoyed the whole grain/wheat buns. My wife and I thought they were a nice change and tasted pretty good.

I was only there Saturday but MK was the busiest. We hit MK, Epcot and MGM in the one day. Epcot had about 50 minute wait for Test Track when I walked past the sign. I think Soarin' was probably closer to 80 though I can't recall off the top of my head.

MK was busy in clumps. HM was pulling in a big line most of the day (I got in it and it was 20 minutes but it quickly jumped to 40. They even had the line loop back on itself in the queue which I'd never seen done before. Normally it's just a big mass of people. This cut it in lines.)

It was busy but not unbearable. I tried to stay away from Main Street because that was the main source of traffic congestion but there were a few times we got stopped because anything coming to film on Main Street had to go down the parade route from Frontierland. Caused some congestion when they wouldn't let you cross and such.

Still, good to get back. Six months without Disney is just cruel and unusual punishment!

Well I am glad you had a good time. Last year HM had the queue open down by the Rivers of America and the wait was about 60+ min. The line seemed like it was moving fast, but just insanly long.

We spent our last day over at Epcot and that was a smart move. It was fairly quiet as you already posted the times for TT and Soarin which were less than normal.

Wow. Ok. Here's the deal. NO one that has actually TRIED one said that they were crap. In fact, the people that HAVE tried them have all said they're pretty good! And no, they're not WHEAT buns, they're Whole Grain. It may sound like I'm splitting hairs, but there truly is a difference. Try them. I'm willing to bet at LEAST 50% of people that try them wont notice a difference, and the other half may even prefer them! They're very tasty!

This is truly pathetic. You're already eating a hamburger probably made out of a low grade meat and a hotdog that probably doesn't contain any edible product. What difference would it truly make if it were on a healthier bun.

Here, here! It's a hamburger, for goodness sakes! Who wants a wheat bun on a burger?!

The health police have gone too far.

Um several people have. Myself included. I don't mind whole wheat or whole grain or whatever you want to call them as a rule, but these weren't good. They all tasted stale. Both parks. Two locations. I'm not opposed to the change in theory but the ones we had last weekend really made the burgers a lackluster experience. And we look forward to enjoying a good burger when we're there.

I tried them, twice. Caseys and Pecos Bills. Noticed it right away. I am not picky and my husband is practially unconscious when it comes to food choices, and he noticed it too.
