Tusker House or Yak and Yeti

We are trying to decide where to have dinner at the Animal Kingdom. I am currently booked at Tusker House, but Yak and Yeti also looks really good. We have never eaten at either place, and our party consists of 3 adults and 3children and no one is a picky eater.

Which would you recommend?

Tusker is the best Breakfast you will eat your whole trip.

Yak and Yeti Wonderful Steak and shrimp yummy wontons For Dinner

The kids will love the breakfast with Minnie,Mickey, Daisy, Donald, Goofy,Pluto..

I have eaten at both places. However only eaten at Tusker House for breakfast. With that said, Tusker House is my favorite character breakfest. As far as Yak and Yeti, I was no too impressed by the place. Food is average at best. I enjoyed the atmosphere of the place more then the food. I do believe that Yak and Yeti recently revised their menu so maybe things have changed since I been there.

I ate at both of them last trip and we liked them both. I think I had dinner at Tusker House and lunch at Yak and Yeti. Tusker house is a buffet so if you want to try a variety of food that would be the place to go. But Yak and Yeti also has some vary good meals. Sorry I'm probably no help, but I recommend them both!

I would have to vote for Yak and Yeti, but I also have to admit that we only ate at Tusker House for breakfast.

I had Tusker for lunch, but have yet to try Yak, the lemon bars were the best!!! :slurp:

I really enjoyed my meal there, and the mango custard pie that I had for dessert was to die for.

I've been to both, and they are pretty different. I personally think that Yak and Yeti would win out for me if you were looking for a restaurant in the park. If I was looking at Tusker House again, I would probably just head to Boma instead.

We ate lunch at Tusker House last June for the first time. We all loved it It ended up being one of our favorites. They had the best dessert, it was a whipped strawberry filling in a chocolate crust. Definitely will go back!!

I loved Tusker House for dinner. I would go back again but AK closes a bit early for us to eat dinner. We're doing Boma instead. Yak and Yeti was good but nothing special for me. I live in a town where great Asian food is easy to get however.

We've only had lunch at both Tusker House and Yak & Yeti. Both are very good but I'd give the edge to Tusker House.
