Turning in Mining Certificate at Town Hall

My daughter and I played the Mining "games" at the 7 Dwarves Mine Train Web site and we got to print out our "mining certificate". The site said you can redeem your cirtificate for something at Town Hall, Main Street at Magic Kingdom. Has anyone done this? What do you get?

It says to bring it to city hall to get a seal of approval, so I'm thinking the certificate just gets stamped?
