Turndown Service

Hi Everyone!
It seems that with the recent room renovations at all Deluxe resorts that most beds are made without those old strange comforters, eliminating the need for turndown service and I don't see mention of it anywhere on the Disney resorts webpages anymore. Is it still offered? Always nice to come home to the turned downed beds and chocolate.

At the Poly, as recently as last October they still offered turndown service, along with chocolates

Yes, they still turn the bed down. And it isn't always a chocolate. Some hotels theme the thing on your pillow to the resort (e.g. taffy at BWI.)

Unless I'm in a suite, I'm not a fan of turndowns. When I get back to the room, I'm going to sit on the bed, so I just have to turn it back up.

I don't remember if Disney leaves a light on when they do turndown, but most places do. I like that - coming back and not having to feel around for lights. Most places will also turn the clock radio on quietly...Disney does not. That is kind of nice, too. But I wouldn't pay $130+ a night for it!!
