The Turkey Song
by Adam Sandler

Love to eat turkey
Love to eat turkey
Love to eat turkey cause it's good
Love to eat turkey like a good boy should
Cause it's turkey to eat,
So good

A turkey for me, turkey for you,
Let's eat turkey in a big brown shoe.

Love to eat turkey at the table,
I once saw a movie with Betty Grable.
Eat that turkey all night long,
50 million Elvis fans can't be wrong.

Turkey turkey dee, turkey turkey dap,
I eat the turkey and I take a nap

[melody changes]

Thanksgiving is a special night
Jimmie Walker used to say "Dynomite"
That's right!

[melody changes back]

Turkey with the gravy and the cranberry
Can't believe the Mets traded Darryl Strawberry

Turkey for you, turkey for me,
Can't believe Tyson gave the girl V.D.

Gobble gobble dee, gobble gobble dawkie,
I used to go to camp at Lake Winnepesaukee

Turkey turkey dee, turkey turkey duffin,
Love to eat turkey with a lot of stuffin'
Turkey for me, turkey for you,
Let's eat turkey in a big brown shoe.

Turkey and sweet potato pie,
Sammy Davis Jr. only had one eye
Turkey with the girls, turkey with the boys,
My favorite kind of pants are corduoroys

Gobble gobble gee, gobble gobble gickle
I wish turkeys only cost a nickel.

[song slows]
Oh, I love turkey .. on Thanksgivingggggg

HAPPY THANKSGIVING!

Ok...last night...on Monday Night Football, John Madden carved a "Turducken"

a "turducken" is a duck that has been stuffed inside a chicken...which has been stuffed inside a turkey  (also packed with stuffing)

Odd huh?

(the duck was stuffed with the stuffing...and the duck and chicken were de-boned)

Yes they did...and it was emotional when both teams came out and supported Detmer (sp)...

Ok, now that I'm rooting for your team (and always have) (check the "GO PATS" thread)...will you root for mine? New England all the way again! (You gotta admit...a Pats/Eagles SuperBowl would be awesome)

 Spidey, that's classic!!!

Turkey Leg Boy -- A Joke for you (and everyone else too)

An industrious turkey farmer was always experimenting with breeding to perfect a better turkey.
His family was fond of the leg portion for dinner and there were never enough legs for everyone. After many frustrating attempts, the farmer was relating the results of his efforts to his friends at the general store get together. "Well I finally did it! I bred a turkey that has 6 legs!"

They all asked the farmer how it tasted.

"I Don't know" said the farmer. "I never could catch the darn thing!"

Where can I find Turkey this Thanksgiving?

southeastern Europe and southwestern Asia (that portion of Turkey west of the Bosporus is geographically part of Europe), bordering the Black Sea, between Bulgaria and Georgia, and bordering the Aegean Sea and the Mediterranean Sea, between Greece and Syria

Actually, you can find it here everyday. :animwink:

The History of Turkey

Turkey was created in 1923 from the Turkish remnants of the Ottoman Empire. Soon thereafter the country instituted secular laws to replace traditional religious fiats. In 1945 Turkey joined the UN and in 1952 it became a member of NATO. Turkey occupied the northern portion of Cyprus in 1974 to prevent a Greek takeover of the island; relations between the two countries remain strained but have begun to improve over the past three years. In 1984, the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK), a Marxist-Leninist, separatist group, initiated an insurgency in Southeast Turkey, often using terrorist tactics to try to attain its goal of an independent Kurdistan. The group - whose leader, Abdullah OCALAN, was captured in Kenya in February 1999 and sentenced to death by a Turkish court - has observed a unilateral cease-fire since September 1999, although there have been occasional clashes between Turkish military units and some of the 4,000-5,000 armed PKK militants, most of whom currently are encamped in northern Iraq. The PKK changed its name to the Kurdistan Freedom and Democracy Congress (KADEK) in April 2002.

Is it just me, or is this Andy Kaufman(?) type of humor.
:D
Sorry! :p
