It would have to be the Shank 'cause those Turkey Legs are nothing short of despicable, my review. Likely not to eat the Shank either, good or bad tasting I'm not into eating like an animal chewing and ripping threw a slab of carcass. Icky-Messy. Wouldn't mind some undercover video of multiple guests eating like savages, it could entertain.

Having tried both myself, I'll give the edge to the pork shank. The meat was moist, nicely seasoned and flavorful. But it was really greasy though. The turkey leg, while good and moist with the meat, I enjoyed the salty taste but I do think some may be turned off by the leg being too salty.
