It's okay dont worry about making mistakes. But I'm pretty sure that the last time i was there it cost around $6.00

Whatever the price it's still a good deal considering the size of the leg. According to the food network, the legs come from turkey's that weigh in at around 50 to 60 pounds, god can you imagine the size of the oven you would need to cook the whole bird?:slurp: :slurp: :slurp:

Hehehehe... I will not be out in a park working for a while, most of my shifts are in our Resorts (All-star, Boardwalk, AK Lodge, etc.) I was looking for the price on the Cast portal, but it won't allow me to have access to those info pages from home.

To quote a famous tiger (non Disney...sorry) They're Great! After 12 visits to the world I finally tried one of these on my last visit. Looking forward to having one when I go back next month...mmm mmm good. Add in a Dole Whip to... I can taste it all right now.

Price oddities

I did see a difference price for Turkey legs within the Magic Kingdom. I believe the cart selling them in Froniter area is more expensive. I just can not remember where I seen the legs for $5.15 each.

Are these any good? I have been tempted to have one.

They are surprisingly good. From what I understand, they have been soaked in brine first, and then roasted as is with minimal seasonings. So no messy BBQ sause to cover up the roasted turkey flavor - the juices that come right out of the turkey is messy enough! :)

Drat! Now I feel like getting one!

Who cares how much, treat yourself, they are awesome.

I was waiting to scroll down to hear someone say they are Emu legs or one of those stupid rumors.

Well, does anyone here have a compilation of all the turkey legs locations throughout WDW?

I know there's one in Frontier Land almost across from Country Bear Jamboree. There's one in Tomorrowland, no? At Epcot, there's one across from the American Experience pavillion, and one right at the split to Mission Space and Test Track. At Disney/MGM Studios, I only remember one on the way to Tower of Terror. At Animal Kingdom, I remember seeing one somewhere in Dinoland, but I am not sure.

Flintstone leg

I always feel like Fred Flintstone when eating them. My wife thinks they're a little gross, but I love them.

Try grabbing one and eating it while you wait for a parade. I love the looks on people's faces when they walk by. I believe last time was about $5.50 and it's a great deal for what is essencially a whole meal.

For our Brazilian friend:

Eu sempre me sinto um Fred Flintstone quando como uma dessas. Minha mulher nao gosta que eu coma, mas eu adoro.

Tente pegar uma e comer enquanto espera uma das paradas, as pessoas sempre olham, e' muito engracado. Eu acho que paguei uns $5.50 da ultima vez, uma otima opcao pra algo que basicamente serve de refeicao.

um abraco,
Arpie
