Tune in lounge question

How hard is it typically to find a seat at the tune in lounge? Thinking about getting a bite to eat there on my trip in 2 weeks. It's just me so only would be looking for one seat.

Every time we have been in there all seats were full and it was busy but you just never know. Was like that a few weeks ago on our trip again. Just stop by and try. :)

Yeah as mentioned above, it's a case of pot luck. It is typically busy, especially with people hanging around waiting to get into the main restaurant. Give it a try - but have a backup plan.

We ducked in there during a heavy August rain storm last year and surprisingly were able to get two seats at the bar. Every other time, no such luck.

Thank you. I'm trying to decide if i want to wing it like I'm doing the rest of this trip with food or make a lunch reservation at brown derby since I've never eaten there.

Or you could still wing it and see if you can get a table at HBD when you are ready for lunch. You shouldn't have too much of an issue getting a walk-up, especially if you are a bit flexible with waiting. Also, HBD has a lounge with a few small plate dishes and desserts that you should be able to get a seat at. You shouldn't have much of an issue winging it and knocking a restaurant off the list

Since it makes a good waiting area for 50's Prime Time it is typically packed. We have gotten seats at the bar, but it was early in the day or late in the evening. It is frustrating when you want to sit at the bar and have a cocktail and a small bite and the seats are full of little kids and their families waiting to be called for the restaurant. I imagine they loose a lot of money because of all the waiting people taking up space.

All I can say is stop in and check it out.

Yeah, it is soooo annoying when people do that...Just rude at epic levels...Kids should not allowed to have seats at the bar.
