Tui early booker package

By booking through TUI with the “early booker package”, you receive a $700 dining and merchandise credit and a $400 gift card, does anyone know what this can be spent on?
E.g tips in restaurants, genie+, alcoholic drinks?
Me and my partner already have the dining plan so trying to budget our extra spending money.
