TSM Refurb 2018 Question

With TSL opening in just a few months, its obvious that TSM will be closing for a refurb to move the que. Anyone have an idea on when this will happen? We will be there from 4/27 to 5/7. Also is it possible that TSL would be open by then.

I think that "summer 2018" is probably too early for the OP visit. Maybe they will be testing and having soft-openings??

I have no no idea for soft opening. In the Disney message boards, I'm under the impression it could open officially as early as Memorial Day weekend.

If they are basically moving the queue from one side of the ride building to the other, are there any plans to utilize the old queue space, or will the new queue just feed into the existing queue?
