Troubles with online dining reservations?

I have been attempting since Friday to make my Disney dining reservations online.( making reservations for December 22-27th).
Called online reservations said no reports of errors or problems.
I walked away from the PC, watch cars with my 2 year old. Came back. Still searching for tables.
Does it ever work online?

Yes. I use it all the time but there are instances where the system gets overloaded. This is typically in the morning when everyone is trying to log on at once. The software is also not all that great on every browser. It seems to be consistent on IE and Chrome but hit and miss on everything else.

Thank you that was very helpful. I was using fire fox. I switched over to IE and it worked.

Makes sense. Firefox and Disney have not been playing together well for a good while now.
