Try both the app and website.

Select the restaurant first, then choose your date. Often if the full range of your dates don’t open immediately, this way will work.

Changing browsers also sometimes helps. Gotta love Disney IT

If using the app, sometimes deleting and reloading fixes it.

I'm having issues ATM, it won't let me cancel or change bookings. Tried both app and website
