Anyone else having trouble getting in to the passholder section of the WDW official site? It keeps telling me the numbers I have entered are not valid. What's weird is that it worked perfectly fine yesterday, but today, no dice. I know I am entering them right, because I have the pass right in front of me.
I sent an email to the "Contact Us" thing, but are they diligent about answering those? Is there someone to call?
