Tripod Rules/Etiquette

Thanks for all the tripod advice - turned out to not be a problem as everyone said. Epcot was a breeze, of course, and low crowds really helped for MK. I used a Slik model that fits easily into my backpack, but I would normally use a table-top. I just can't think of where I could put it for decent shots of the fireworks. And fireworks were my goal. Sadly, the camera jammed up half-way through Wishes. Either the cable-release didn't work right, or I tried to shoot too many to fast at Bulb setting and RAW. Still, I got a couple of OK ones for a first time attempt that I'll post later.

Yes, the problem with the "trash can" method is that sometimes you can't get exactly where you need to be. I'm glad everything worked out for you!
