Good Morning Everyone...Was watching our 2008 Disney vacation last night. It was the first time we got T- Shirts made with a Disney character on them..I picked Peter Pan ( The boy who never grew up ) Perfect choice I thought. So do any of you do anything similar when planning your trip..P.S. We also try to get our photo taken with our chosen character.I saw a large family one year with kids, parents,& grandparents and had the seven dwarfs on theirs..The gramps was Grumpy and he looked like the real thing, beard and all.;)

Yes my boys wore their Kingdom Hearts shirts for meeting the fab 5. They also wore Star Wars shirts for our SWW day! It's always fun to plan what they are going to wear for meeting certain characters. Sometimes it's a shirt with the character on it, but one of the cutest things happened when my ds (red head) dressed like Phineas, blue shots and an orange and white striped shirt. My ds was first on line and Phineas came over and dropped the rope to let him in and start playing with him. Drove the photo pass photographer crazy! Thankfully my dh got a lot of good shots.

Well, typically, I wear a T-shirt that has a country represented in World Showcase in Epcot. So one year, I wore a t-shirt from Canada. Another year, I wore a USA Hockey t-shirt. Who knows? In future years, I might wear a USA soccer jersey, my Arsenal jersey to represent the UK or something like that. For the MK, I have a Mickey shirt I made at Design A Tee on one trip that I wore at the MK on my last trip. Soothing to get positive feedback from the CMs! For HS, I bought a red Indy Jones t-shirt that I wore last March. In the past, I wore NY gear because Streets of America has NY in it. So basically, I wear something that fits with the park.

For our December 2012 trip with the 2 grand-kids my wife MADE tee shirts for us all. We all match each other with a different design for every day. Each design went with what ever park we were going to. All had our names of the shoulder. Got a lot of comments about them. Especially the tie died ones. It took a lot of work to make the tie die come out in the shape of Mickey ears.

I'll often try and coordinate our girls' attire for something related to the day. Last trip, we had family shirts made. I had originally wanted to get ones with the saying on the image below, but instead, with our respective fave characters...me=Donald, DH=Stitch, DD6=Belle, DD4=Pooh ...but I couldn't justify the price. So, I got the ones below for all of us to wear.

While I don't always wear Disney stuff while in the parks, you're most likely to see me in something Donald more than any other character. :D

I have a lot of Disney tee's with Tinkerbell on them - and I wore one whenever we met the fairies. She said she liked my "leaf", ha. Now I dress DD accordingly. She wore a Minnie outfit the day we met Minnie & Mickey. And she dressed up like Belle during our BoG dinner, so she would go well with Beast. :)

In 2008 for our Disneymoon, everyday myDH and I had matching character shirts that I made that were couples of Disney and said Just Married and our names. We had a blast on that trip.
