Some people my have one although IMO you are far better making your own from scratch. This way you can make sure you do everything you want and you can build it around your Dinner Reservations.
To start an itinery I suggest you start by looking at your dinner reservations (if you don't have any then make them now to make sure you get to eat everywhere you want to) and plan yur days round them. i.e. if you are eating in Epcot then spend the day there. Look at the Extra Magic Hours and decide if you want to use or avoid them.
As a guide you will want more time at MK ad EPCOT (at least a full day per park) than DHS or AK (possible in half a day) but this depends on your fav attractions. You should also make time to see all the parades (one at each park) and all the night-time shows (MK, EPCOT and DHS).
I wouldn't worry too much about planning what to do at each park other than making sure you visit all the attractions you want to see. Plans like "9.00am ride this, 9.30am ride that" doesn't sit well with me as it's far to structured for me. I like to just make it up on the day!
Hope that helps!
P.s. I wouldn't post your e-mail address if I were you. Spammers can go crazy with it. Much better to ask people to use the private messaging system - you will get an e-mail when you have a new PM and you can sawp e-mail addresses then if necessary.
If you really were asking for an itinerary I agree with the first poster, you are better off making one of your own. If you want feedback on what you come up with, you can always post it here and ask for opinions and suggestions for adjustments.
