Hello all, Okay well past the 180 day reservation mark (96 days today) and I get a text from my Niece stating she would like ot go. Okay - not a big deal but what about all of my ADR's? Will it be hard to add a diner to all of those? What else am I not thinking about? Just curious - thanks

This happened to me just recently where I had to add a person. I probably could've called, but I went online and remade every rez. I had to go to Chef Mickey's a night earlier and really juggle things around, but it worked out.

I would call and try to get the reservations changed - however, I wouldn't cancel any that you really want if they can't add one person. We have showed up with an extra person or two at plenty of reservations and they've never turned us away.

It really depends on your group size. If you had 3 and she makes 4, then they will often be able to accommodate you as it is the same table size. But if you were a party of 4 and she makes it a party of 5, then you would definitely need to rebook them as you are now changing table sizes.

There are two sides to Disney's personality. When you are planning you find there are a lot of rules you have to adher to, but when you get to Disney, they generally try to be pretty accomodating. So yes, add her in if you can, but if not, I agree that you should go and tell them the situation. We've had this happen before and they accomdating us with no problem. Have a great trip!

This is exactly what we experienced. On a few trips, a family member decided to join us for a few nights. Originally a party of 3, we had no problems changing our ADRs to 4. Even some very popular restaurants there wasn't an issue.

We had this happen with two aunts who just decided to join us on the spur of the moment on spring break. The only meals we couldn't get them added to was CRT and HDDR.
