I was there in April and they were working on the building itself so hopefully that's a good sign

Construction is still continuing at a steady pace- some of the mountain structure is beginning to appear on the building's roof.

So, my family and I will be there the last week of October. Do they do "soft openings" for restaurants the same way they do attractions? Is there any chance it'll be open early, or will this just have to wait for our next trip?
