So.
i was watching jeopardy , (sp?) and one of yhe catagorys was Oct. 1st. Naturally, the first question was something alone the lines of "this park opened outside of Orlando on Oct. 1st, 1971" WDW duh, lol, but i know today was Epcots big 25th Anniversary. but did they do anything else for the rest of the park? like MK's birthday?

I don't really understand what you're asking, do you mean did they do anything to celebrate the opening of WDW... 36 years ago... on the 10/1. No. Usually it's 10/15/20/25 years celebrated, usually those celebrations last an entire year too.

Actually, alot of cast memebers at EPCOT yesterday were wearing Happy 36th Birthday WDW buttons yesterday as well. It wasn't a celebration, but it was being recogonized.

Really...cool, never would have thought they'd celebrate such an obscure "birthday" !!

I for sure wont be making a fuss when I'm 36. But WDW has 11 years on me (I'm the same age as Epcot though :lol

ALL WDW CM's received the Happy 36th Birthday button to wear this week. Every year there is one given out.

oh so strangely, the 36th anniversary pins for MK/WDW had SSE on them...but no pins for 25th of Epcot for CM's to wear :shrug:
