Traveling in late April

Hello Disney experts.

I am planning a trip down at the end of April. I will be driving from Ontario. I have a few questions.

1. Does anyone know which route is better? 95 or 79? I am looking a the fastest most direct route not the prettiest. I would much rather fly but I guess this will be an experience all its own.

2. We will be staying at a moderate for the first time. We have been to the POP three time. While I love it there I want a change. Which is better? I want to stay at POFQ bcause it is small and my husband has mobility issues. He wants to stay at CSR because we have a car he thinks it will fine size wise. DH thinks that JPOFQ looks like a glorified POP and can't see spending the money if that is the case. CSR is vastly different in theme and to me look more masculine, which is the reason I think he likes it.

3. Crowds? What are they like? We usually go down the first week of September. Are the crowds similar to that?

Do you mean 75, not 79? I guess it may depend on where in Ontario you live. I was looking at a map, and it looks like part of Ontario is straight North of me, in Illinois, while part of it stretches as far East as New York and Pennsylvania. If you live more on the Eastern part, I'd say it would probably be closer to take 95 down. But if you live closer to the Central or Western portion (and I see that 75 ends...or begins, depending on how you look at it, in Central Ontario), I'd say take 75.

We do the last week of April and the crowds aren't usually bad. However, with the 4+3, who knows. I am hoping not!
