Travel help- Orlando Int to WDW both ways?

I understand that there is some information on this if I do I search, but I'm hoping one of you can help with up to date information. Because we usually drive, I really do need some help.

I know that I am asking for a lot, but I'm hoping you guys can give me approximate prices in addition to any other information. Now the two questions-

1.) Best way to get from Orlando Int to WDW- we (four of us) plan on arriving 2DEC05 and leaving 11DEC05? We plan on staying at The Villas at the Wilderness Lodge.


2.) During one of our days, we would like to go from WDW to Universal for the day. We would like to get to Universal around 0830hrs and leave around 1930hrs. We need transportation advice.
