Transportation to ESPN Wide World of Sports

Hi everyone,

I have a quick question. How do you get to ESPN WWofS while staying at a WDW resort? We are staying at BC. I have to attend the Expo for the Disney PHM to pick up my bib but haven't the foggiest idea how to get there.

Good question. We'll be going there just to go and visit the Playstation Pavilion. We'll be leaving from ASMusic but need to know the easiest way too. Hopefully someone can help us both.

If you have a car, you can drive there. I don't know about Disney busses and stuff. Sorry!

For certain special events (like the Expo for Marathon Weekend) there will be buses from all the resorts. Otherwise, bus transportation to ESPN Wide World of Sports is available from Disney's All-Star Resorts, Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort and Disney's Pop Century Resort on a limited schedule: Thursday - Monday 5 - 11 p.m. These buses will also run when events are taking place at the Sports Complex one hour prior to Sports Complex opening until 11 p.m. or Sports Complex close, whichever is later.

We used Mears taxi for the ToT 10-miler. It was less than $20 each way.

Here's what I can find. hope it helps. We bused from All Star years ago as well. Looks like it's still an option.

During the runDisney weekends it varies however. Is BC a host resort for that event? If so, it will have its own transport.

Thanks! There is not a specific host resort. So I am assuming they will run it from all resorts. Thanks!

Can I ask - did you choose a taxi over taking the bus on race day due to time getting to the race or wasn't there a bus offered? Thanks!

We were staying at POP that weekend and it was not on the list of host hotels. To our knowledge, special transportation (bus) was not provided from POP.
