Transportation between parks?

I'm trying to book our ADR's and was wondering if there's anywhere that gives you details on transportation between parks? I guess there are buses that run between parks, but what about the monorail / boats? And do the monorail or boats stop at any of the resorts, or just parks?

If someone could point me in the direction of anywhere that gives me this information I would be extremely grateful because I have been googling for hours and can't find much information about transportation apart from the odd snippet of information.

Remember buses run resort to park and not park to park. If you want to go MK to Epcot use the monorail, Epcot to DHS go out the back of the world showcase and take the boat to DHS, any park to DAK you will need to go to a resort first (e.g. from MK go to comtemporay then take the bus to DAK).

There are buses that go park to park but not from resort to resort. They also do not go from park to Downtown Disney... That's the only time you would need to transfer at a resort.

The above quotation is very VERY incorrect. And lilclerk's post is very correct.

If you are at Animal Kingdom, you can catch a direct bus to Epcot, a direct bus to Disney's Hollywood Studios, and a bus to the Transportation & Ticket Center from which you'd then take a monorail or ferry across to Magic Kingdom.

If you are at DHS, you can take a direct bus to the front entrance of Epcot, and you can take a FriendShip boat from DHS to the back of Epcot (International Gateway) OR you can even walk from DHS to the back of Epcot. From DHS, you can catch a direct bus to Animal Kingdom. And you can catch a bus to the Transportation & Ticket Center from which you'd then take a monorail or ferry across to Magic Kingdom.

If you are at Epcot, you can take a direct bus from the front entrance to DHS, and from the International Gateway entrance, you can catch a FriendShip boat to DHS OR walk to DHS. You can take a direct bus (from the front entrance) to Animal Kingdom. You can take the monorail to the Transportation & Ticket Center from which you'd then take a different monorail or ferry across to Magic Kingdom.

If you are at Magic Kingdom, you have to go to the Transportation & Ticket Center for all your park-to-park transportation. You take a monorail or ferry to the TTC. From there, you can catch a different monorail line to Epcot, and you can catch separate buses that go directly to Animal Kingdom and to DHS.

There is no transportation directly linking the theme parks to Downtown Disney. To get from a park to DTD, you'd need to go through a resort one way or another.

I did not know that, thank you very much, I stand corrected.
