Transferring luggage for split stay

I'm planning a trip for Christmas 2021 and have contracts at two DVCs. I'm considering splitting my stay between the two resorts, but I don't know how or if Disney will handle the luggage. In the past, we would bring our luggage to Bell Services and they would transfer it to the new resort. Can that still be done? Otherwise, we'll have to take our luggage to a park, take a bus to the new resort, and store it with Bell Services until the room is ready (or we could do Uber/Lyft).

Yes it can still be done.

Calling from the room is supposed to be a “better” way than taking it along to Bell Services yourself since that creates a “ticket” in case the luggage doesn’t arrive at the new resort. But it means you need to allow 30 minutes for them to arrive at the room. They can also transfer chilled and frozen foods, just have them bagged and labelled to avoid confusion. But if you prefer yo can take everything to Bell Services as you leave the first resort.

You cannot take luggage on park buses or other Disney transport. The alternative would be to Uber / Lyft / taxi to the new resort and leave your luggage with Bell Services there.

Thanks so much! Glad they didn't get rid of this along with luggage delivery through Magical Express.
