Just wondering how do they enforce the 21 and over at 8pm. Do they make an announcement and say "all kids get out?" or do they let the parents "finish their drinks" then leave? If parents linger over the drinks the kids could, in theory, be in the bar most of the night!

You would hope the parents have some sense of personal responsibility...or maybe they don't...

Well just spent 3 different days at Trader Sams. First trip was last Tuesday at opening at 4pm and sat inside. Awesome experience and time, except for the table in the middle of the room with 2 kids and a crying baby.... This is why this place needs to be 21+ at all times. Outside was more relaxed and again, families with kids which was fine it's more family oriented outside. I dunno I just don't think kids belong in a bar environment even at Disney. Just my opinion. But great place to visit and a lot of fun
