Trader Sams Grotto Drinks announced

The comments on the blog are SO absurd.

Eyeing the calendar for an opening date announcement, then booking flight.
Lol.

Not really absurd to me! I can afford the flight and time out - plus when you're a huge (read: HUGE) Sam's regular it's only natural that a nut like me would go. A few days at EPCOT with openings and evenings at Grog Grotto sounds fantastic. I have plenty of friends here (LA) who will want mugs and other merch that is bound to come out, I'd love to check out the joint firsthand (and to capture the playlist), and visit a few Florida CM's while I'm at it.

Odd they didn't actually say what the drinks are, just gave a list of names. Not a lot of info in that article, unless people thought a tiki bar wouldn't actually have drinks.

Who writes that blog?

There's a fairly large team that runs the blog - Rachel Brent wrote this particular article. I'm sure there are reasons for not listing what exactly is in it just yet. Maybe they don't have the information yet, maybe they don't want to list it so you can visit yourself, maybe the drinks aren't finalized, who knows. Based on the names alone, you can tell one is simply a Dark & Stormy (look the recipe up online).

I really hope Tambu Lounge is kept open with its own distinctive flare and drinks to keep the fans coming so we can continue to check out the views and fireworks from the windows.

Don't worry, Tambu won't be going anywhere, though in comparison to Sam's it will appear rather stark and bare.

Once the Leisure Pool or Oasis pool (which ever name they will pick) has its bar added to the resort you can bar hop at all 4 bars at the Polynesian....well you will need a room key for one of them.

Tambu will not change but should be more of a support bar for Kona and 'Ohana as well as a place for those waiting for 'Ohana to get a drink. The Tambu use to be back inside 'Ohana and there was a lounge/ bar down where Captain Cook's is now. The bar scene at the Polynesian just keeps evolving.
