Towering Dole Whip

OK, maybe this picture has been circulated before and I missed it (and if so, I apologize), but this was making its way around my department at work today. Naturally, only a few people even knew what it was, but is this for real? I wouldn't even know where to begin with making such a towering whip. I feel like it's some kind Urban Dole Whip Legend!

I have made a few extra tall ones at the Poly, but nothing like that thing!

That pic was posted by Josh on easywdw, earlier today. He used chopsticks as rebar.
My thoughts were that I was going to need a gallon of pineapple juice to go with it.

LOVE Josh's site/posts!!! :D I haven't been on there in a while, but it's kind of funny that it's the source of this as the person circulating the photo at work was recently introduced to Easy WDW- by me ;)

That sounds pretty darn awesome...sitting down to that monster and having all that pineapple juice to go with it.
