Tower of Terror Closing/refurb?

It may or may not be going down for refurb - but if it is truly a "foundation issue" they would NOT be waiting until September, no matter what.

I work in Construction Management for a living, and I know that if there is any possible issue with a foundation, it's URGENT that it get taken care of. So, there either IS an issue, or there isn't. Who knows - as long as it's open in June!!
