hi!
I was just wondering,
I know some cleaning ladies make towel animals or clowns for kids, but, is there a certain day they do it on, and do you have to request for it? because the last time I went alot of rooms had towel animals in the windows of their rooms but my kids did not get any and they were upset. we called the front desk and they " knew nothing " about them..
any help here?
THANKS!

There's really no rhyme or reason for when the towel surprises show up. We are a group of three adults that have recieved towel animals on various occasions. We've recieved them at the POP, WL, BC, etc. The most elaborate ones were on the conceirge floor at the WL. There were angels on the lamps on the walls- it was always one of those "who gets to the room first to see what we got this time" deals!

BTW- the BCV had a free towel animal making session on our last trip. They taught you how to make it- and of course you got to keep the stuff.

We stayed at the ASMu. We had 3 rooms and pretty much had animals each night in each room. In the rooms with the kids, they used towels and the stuffed animals. They also set up animals in the windows. On the last night, they even did a turn down service. The covers and pillows were set up with the last picture below. Here is a small sample of what we received.

I strongly believe in tipping and it seems to have paid off nicely. Not only did we get towel animals, but we had plenty of towels, soaps, shampoos, and cups.
