Funny but for all my love of Disney food and snacks, I'm not much interested in their drinks. I'd say Dole Whip Float, but technically that's just the pineapple juice that the ice cream floats in. There's no other drink I've fallen in love with that comes to mind. Maybe a milk shake, but I've enjoyed them at various Disney restaurants and no one place jumps out. I don't care for alcohol, so none of the specialty drinks are up my alley.

Oh yes, I forgot about the GingerRita and Cantaloopy when I did my list. I walked quickly past the Joy of Tea with my nose wrinkled for years as I can't bear tea, it was only when I read something on here that I realised I was missing a treat. They are both lovely and cooling in the heat of the day.
