My favorites:

1. The Lounge at bluezoo
2. The Cabana Bar (Dolphin)
3. Jellyrolls
4. The Hole in the Wall (Raglan Road)
5. Rose and Crown Pub
6. Tutto Gusto Wine Cellar
7. The Lounge at Sanaa
8. The Bar at Portobello
9. The Lounge at the Wave
10. The Belle Vue Lounge (The Boardwalk)

I think the only reason I didn't rate Tutto Gusto higher is that it is impossibly tight and crowded in there. They really pack 'em in, and as a result, it's not the most comfortable experience, especially around the lunch hours on a hot Florida day. It really is quite good, though. It's easily the best thing in the Italy pavilion. All of that being said, bluezoo's lounge is, without a doubt, the best bar on Disney property. Nothing else comes close.

Oh, crap! I forgot about La Cava! I guess that's with good reason, though. I love their margaritas, and I think it's a cool little place, but it's too small and so busy in there. It's no longer a fun hidden gem. It's now an impossibility at certain times of the day. It's the same problem Tutto Gusto has, but at least Tutto Gusto is large enough to handle it.

This is a fun one, hmm lets see...

1. Tutto Gusto (This was relatively new the last time I went and not too crowded, @pugmalion1 you are making me nervous I wont find a spot this October!)
2. Raglan Road
3. La Cava
4. Jellyrolls
5. Rose & Crown
6. Bar @ Sanna

Well I only have 6, but this next trip will surely add some more. I am taking suggestions! :)

The first time we stopped by, there was no way we were going in. Packed to the rafters, it was. We went by later on in the day, around 7:30 or 8 PM, I believe, and it was still packed, but manageable. There were no tables, a wait of twenty minutes for one, and I had no faith that the obviously overwhelmed girls at the podium had any control over seating. So, we just sucked it up and stood in front of the bar. It wasn't the most comfortable experience, but comfortable enough not to feel claustrophobic about the whole thing. The bartenders were fun and animated, and the people standing to either side of us were personable. It was a good experience. Not ideal, but good nonetheless.

My only advice would be to choose your battle time wisely. That Food and Wine crowd can downright take over that space. You need to hit it between meal waves or after the crowds leave for the evening shows at the other parks.

1. Catwalk Bar - best adult spot in the parks...until it closed.
2. PI Jazz Club - again, a great adult spot...until it closed.
3. Adventurers Club - seems to be a theme here...my sad little theme.
4. Rose and Crown - thank goodness, one I can actually go to in 3 months on our next visit!
5. La Cava - not a tequila drinker, but I can recognize a good bar when I'm in one with my tequila loving wife!
6. This is where I expect Raglan Road to show up, but amazing as it is, this summer will be my first visit.
7. Dawa Bar - really not a great bar, but by the time we get there, we are always so hot that the drinks seem a little extra refreshing
8. Crew's Cup Lounge - really because of the food menu - best in a Disney bar in my opinion
9. Bar at Mickey's Backyard BBQ - the drinks are free. Not quality, but any free drinks work for us.
10. Gurgling Suitcase (Old Key West) - tiny, limited selection, but right by the pool at our home resort - convenience is a key.

I suppose we did tend to go latter in the evening, after kids were tucked in with Grandma & Grandpa. Worse case, I grab a drink to go. ;)

1. Scat Cat Club (will miss Elliot Dyson)
2. Bluezoo Lounge
3. Paradiso 37
4. House of Blues
5. River Roost
6. Tune-In Lounge
7. Rose and Crown
8. Fuego (we don't smoke anymore...but it's still a great bar with strong drinks)
9. Mizner's Lounge (when I'm feelin' fancy)
10. Raglan Road

My DGF would like an honorable mention to go to the coffee stand next to Mission Space and Universe of Energy in Epcot. They gladly added a generous pour of tequila to her coffee, brightening her day immensely.

Great Thread!

Ok here is my list based on atmosphere, drinks, location, and snacks in alphabetical order:

- Bell Vue Room (BWR)
- Dawa Bar (DAK)
- Fuego (DTD)
- La Cava del Tequila (Epcot)
- Rose and Crown Pub (Epcot)
- Scat Cats (POFQ)
- Tamu Lounge (Poly)
- Tune in Lounge (DHS)
- Victoria Falls Lounge (AKL)
- Wave (CR)

Honorable mentions and reason they didn't make my list:

- blueZoo (Dolphin) Expensive
- Cabana Bar & Beach Club (Dolphin) Hot, a bit out of the way
- High Octane (DHS) Hot, lacks seatting and ambiance
- Mizner's Lounge (GFR) Expensive, uppity
- Outer Rim (CR) Loud, lacks seating
- Raglan Road (DTD) Loud, hard to get a drink

Now this list might change since I will be trying some new and "new to me" bars & lounges around property to include Crew's Cup (Y&BCR), Territory Lounge (WL), and Volcano Bar (DTD).
