This is for all parks across the world that youve experienced. Ive only been to USA parks so my list is all US rides of course

DL - Pirates
DL - Indiana Jones
DL/DHS - RotR
CA - Radiator Springs Racer
CA - Grizzly River Rapids (I love river rapids rides)
DL/MK - Splash Mountain
DL/MK - Haunted Mansion
AK - Flight Over Pandora
AK - Everest
CA/DHS - Gotg/ToT (I like them both, but ToT at DHS has the far better ride system)

I’d probably sub Thunder Mtn and Kilamanjaro Safari in place of Grizzly River Rapids and Soarin. Otherwise I like your list.

Funny - Thunder Mtn would not have been on my list 10-15 years ago, but it’s back to being one of my favorites again. The bench seats and long ride time... it has aged better than the bigger coasters.

My list only includes those parks from California, Florida, and Paris. I limited it to only rides that are still operating. So here goes, in no particular order.

DL: Rise of the Resistance
DL: Pirates of the Caribbean
DLP: Phantom Manor
Epcot: Spaceship Earth
MK: Haunted Mansion
DL: It's a Small World
MK: Big Thunder Mountain
Epcot: The American Adventure
MK: People Mover
DL: Jungle Cruise

(Honorable mention to Disneyland Railroad)

Just to be fun, I decided to make another list including all Disney attractions that I've ever been on my entire life, including extinct attractions.

Again, in no particular order:

Epcot: Horizons
DL: People Mover
DL: Rise of the Resistance
DL: Pirates of the Caribbean
DLP: Phantom Manor
Epcot: Spaceship Earth
Epcot: World of Motion
Epcot: The American Adventure
Epcot: Cranium Command
MK: 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea

Is Universal allowed?
If we're going to allow Universal, why not allow ALL parks, anywhere? At some point, perhaps this discussion will need to be moved to a more generic "amusement park" website. Honestly, I really don't understand why people keep feeling the need to talk about Universal on a WDW site. Aren't there Universal park forums for all of you Universal enthusiasts to go to?

In light of the comment above I'll keep it to just Disney.

1. Flight of Passage
2. Millennium Falcon
3. Space Mountain
4. Expedition Everest
5. Soarin'
6. Splash Mountain
7. Rock 'N' Roller Coaster
8. Rise of the Resistance
9. 7D Mine Train
10. The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh

I'd have Great Movie Ride at no. 5 and Alien Encounter in the last spot if they were still around.

Because they're both in Orlando and people enjoy both ?

It was just a question. Take a deep breath friend, everything will be ok
